Directory of current projects supporting unemployed and inactive individuals (May 2020)
Enhancing equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in as many different settings as possible, upgrading the knowledge, skills, competencies of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies.
Also aiming to address the root causes of poverty which create barriers to work so more people move closer or into employment through active inclusion.
Enhancing equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in as many different settings as possible, upgrading the knowledge, skills, competencies of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies.
Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those not in employment, education or training, inc. young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee.
Aims to improve the labour market relevance of education and training systems, facilitate the transition from education to work, strengthen vocational education and training systems and their quality. This is done by using mechanisms for skills anticipation adaptation of curricula establishment and development of work based learning systems. Also by including dual learning systems apprenticeship schemes.
