Case studies
HomeCase StudiesFibreCRM Ltd
FibreCRM provides cloud-based client relationship management software (CRM) and services to accountancy practices in the UK. Trading since 2009, this innovative Cornish business has developed systems that help accountancy practices free up time, enrich relationships and simplify onboarding processes. The company provides software which integrates most of the leading Practice Management systems including Iris, CCH, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
“Our solution is already integrated with Iris and is in use in large and small practice clients, including Haines Watts, Duncan & Toplis and Optionis Group.” explains Director Simon Leek.
Simon approached Superfast Business Cornwall and Mike Robertson, Digital Business Enabler, worked with the company to scope out their project. Funding was awarded to FibreCRM to progress their plans to integrate their CRM solution with a central practice management software called Wolters Kluwer CCH. This software is used popular with of accountants, and therefore gives a huge market opportunity.
“It was great working with Simon and the team on this project. By integrating FibreCRM with CCH, they can expand outside of Iris-only clients, it will generate new jobs in Cornwall and will appeal to more accountancy firms.” says Mike.
He continues: “This will add new ICT capabilities including the ability to use marketing automation platforms such as Vuture, Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.”
This is a massive opportunity to significantly grow the business as FibreCRM has now access to a large base of CCH clients. Accountants can access their CRM via a private cloud environment hosted by FibreCRM on secure UK-based servers.
Another positive has been the creation of six highly skilled job roles with the company.
Simon concludes:
“This project enabled us to stay competitive and to market ourselves as the ‘go to CRM company’ for accountants. It was great working with Mike and the team and it made the whole process and project management much easier to handle.”
If you also think of integrating software, marketing automation or a CRM tool, we can help you. Get involved and boost your productivity and growth by harnessing digital technology.
